Really thick SOFT BACK diary with a quality thick cover, the design looks great once made with the diamonds, I like how the diary had extra pages for each week for notes, Although many people use their phones for work schedules etc, my friend found it really helpful to have a written copy in this diary of his shifts and any training courses to be kept at home so other family members knew what time he finished etc so it's not just for himself.
